@@OutdoorChefLife I used to have a Japanese gf who would mix Saikyo miso with Mayo, spoon it over chicken breasts, wrap in foil and bake.... Delicious!!!! Give it a try with fish.

When my dad worked in Alaska he would bring home whole king crabs. I didn't realize how lucky I was to eat those because they are so expensive and I was young but those crabs were probably the best thing I ever ate.
