It’s because the subconscious in your brain and gut make the decision to get you craving to watch these videos - and perhaps make the things in it. The fatty bacteria in the gut grows when you eat more fatty foods and tells your brain to eat fatty foods- but if you have nutritious foods like fruits and vegetables and complex carbohydrates 3x a day then those bacteria will grow and you’ll want to watch videos about courgettes and blueberries, not profiteroles and pigs in blankets 🙃 (they do look good tho I’d recommend making them)
