In the beginning he is stacking prawns on ice. I converted the currency and it’s averaging around $30 USD for one. That sure is expensive for Thailand. Better off going to the Philippines (Cebu)🐠

That's not a lobster that's crayfish. especially rainbow colored one called Andaman crayfish. lobsters have two big nippers those are similar to boxing gloves.

@ranwen2133 it looks too thick and yellow to be garlic butter. When butter gets heated it becomes almost see threw. This stuff seems to stay solid and gets thicker

Any salt or pepper to season the flesh? I know the put sauces and stuff on top, but surely some basic seasoning on the actual meat itself is needed?

I've been to Thailand plenty of times and it's the best lobster I ever had in my life. And I'm from New England. The way the sauces taste and how they season the lobster, you don't need salt and pepper. It's crazy good. Especially the fried lobster. My friends and I still talk about it.

Why you call that a lobster 🦞 ?? Have you see claws, these are Langoustine in French but absolutely nothing compares to homard 🦞 homard is way better, try it and you will never call a Langoustine a real Homard 🦞 ❤

Annoying technical ! So stupid because the intention was good and the preparation too, the flame part is nothing but a show, no more value. Don’t think we are stupid !! Here in Canada 🇨🇦 we are proud
