Workout type: Conditioning
Challenge Level: 3.5 / 5
Equipment: Interval Timer.
You don't need workout machines or the latest wearable technology to improve your fitness. These can be useful tool but they also come at the cost of keeping your movement linear and predictable. Performing the same movements repetitively leads to boredom and overuse injuries.
The interval format will push you to a higher level of fitness. Practicing natural movements will help you become a more skilled mover.

Almost 60 year old woman who didn’t know most of these movements. I had to slow the video way down but I’m attempting it. 15 minutes into and need a break. I can tell my core is strong but my arms and legs need more strength to do these moves. Love the natural movement which will serve me in the years ahead! Thank you for this!

So happy to see this new video - could not wait until morning...I enjoyed this so much, I feel great! Since it is quite late in the evening I left out the tuck jumps. Unbelievably awesome, every time! Couldn’t do any workout for a loooong time due to being sick way too often lately. I managed to do 60% of this training but I am still feeling good. It’s a long way back to street skateboarding, riding 30-50k on my bike and jogging again … all on the same day … but you are part of it 🙃 thank you man!

Just did this for the first time and while I was sweating buckets, it was great to be moving around my space. I’m running a marathon at the weekend and this would be good for active recovery. Keep them coming!

Lately I've been trying capoeira (and some parkour/ acrobatics) which are very helpful in getting stronger and also they are so much fun! I love the idea that we can get the strength by playing. My biggest inspiration is Ido Portal. But I'm pretty sure you know this guy!

Great workout! It hit everything while improving flexibility and overall movement. Amazing. One nitpick, the focus is on learning about how your body moves. Well, music is also a personal thing. I would love to see this workout without the background music, so I can connect with my body with the music that I best connect with as well. Keep up the great videos! I feel exhausted and rejuvenated all at the same time!

Really awesome workout - set of workouts! I can do most of the movements but not bridge pose pushups. Is there a 'beginner' form of this that will allow me to build into it? Keep moving - love it!

great class thanks. deceptively difficult. i was dripping sweat by the end. liked the places where multiple moves were coming together into little flow patterns. would be cool to do a session like that - explore singular patterns and then string them together into combinations of 2-4 at a time. as i write that i'm sure you have one like that but...anyway. one quick note maybe give the cue to really engage the core on those first tuck ups and vups from the prone position. can't remember what we did right before but i 'exploded' into that first move without engaging my core and my back freaked out. had to just sit in child's pose for a minute or two to calm it down.
