Oh my godddd!! That was the most challenging ab and glute workout that I have ever done. I didn’t make it through all of the moves without having to stop for little breaks, so I’m excited to keep doing this workout until I can get the whole way through without stopping! Absolutely love your Pilates videos! I have been doing them every day for the past week, and noticed after today’s workout how much more flexible my body is during the cool down, and it’s only been a week! I've recently started pilates (almost 2 weeks now) and I'm quite happy with my progress (in terms of consistency). You're the best pilates instructor I've come across and the fact that I have access to your awesome coaching for free motivates me to keep at it. Nicole, I loved this workout! You are so gifted with what you come up with. I never stick to a workout routine because they're so boring but I'm NEVER bored with you. Your workouts produce great results and fun routines all in reasonable time frames. I appreciate that I can do these anywhere. Your voice is also super relaxing so I never feel bitter towards you when you encourage us to push through the pain (another problem I would have with other instructors) - I always feel like you truly know that what we're doing is good for us but you are understanding in any struggle we may endure along the way. I definitely am a committed member to your classes, thank you for your hard work!

What a great workout! Your cues are really good, and the pace is perfect-allows for very effective and proper moves. I also really appreciate the stretching at the end. Years back I got a severe hip injury in Pilates-probably because we never stretched after an intense workout. Thank you!

Thank you! I have a foot injury and this is the first ab workout that I’ve done (I’ve searched and searched) that I didn’t have to skip any parts, or a large portion of it. I can’t do any pressure on my foot, even with full planks. It was nice to do a full video and feel such a good burn!

Doing as many moves as I can without using my left hand (currently have 3 surgical pins in it) but had no problem on my elbows in lieu of a table top. Can’t wait to have the pins removed to do full body workouts. This is my favorite place to be, after my morning devotions! Thank you Nicole!

This was soooooo good! The ab burn in the first part of the video was so intense! And then the booty burn?? Omg, I could barely do the Plank on the second side & then the Childs pose after the booty session? I could barely hold it bc the stretch hurt so much. Loved it!!

Omgah your videos are so good! I love the instructions keep you back implanted (lower back touching the mat) a little change like that prevents lower back pain and more efficient on the abs :)

I’ve been doing Pilates much of my life. I’ve even filled in for some teachers already. I’ve also gotten into a more “easy “ routine without really realizing it. I don’t do them at the gym anymore , I rely on KZfaq now. Lol. So , this was fabulous and for the first time in years , I burned. I actually really felt it. I am going to be doing this and the others from Nicole throughout every week. I went to the gym to do some incline for my legs and lungs. Then came home and did this. I feel good.

I love everything about this. Serene, but HARD. Voice and music are soft, soothing, but MOTIVATING . Beautiful background, but FOCUSED, not distracting. Low impact. Joint loving.

HEY, I am a huge fan of your workouts! I love them, they've changed my body forever and I'm eternally grateful. 💫 You also always have such a lovely atmosphere and great relaxing music, in spite of the difficulty of the exercises. The one thing though that I am always thinking during your workouts is "I wish she would stop saying it burns, it hurts, etc." Every time I hear that I really lose morale and start paying attention to the pain more than the pose. Just a note, if you could say that stuff less it would help me to get through the workouts with much more joy. You're great, I love you. 💗
