Kakujira is a non-canon Kagune based off Godzilla, a Kaiju originating from the Godzilla (Gojira) series of Japanese films. Kakujira's Kakuja transforms the user into a large reptilian with the appearance of a miniaturized Godzilla
Kakukong is a non-canon kagune based off King Kong (キングコング Kingu Kongu?), also dubbed Titanus Kong or simply Kong, is one of the two main protagonists (alongside Godzilla) of the MonsterVerse, and a giant great ape Titan created by Legendary Pictures who first appeared in the 2017 film, Kong: Skull Island a large mass of rc cell with the apprearance of a miniaturized king kong

Kongs advantage is how he is agile in the battle,while Jira needs to rely on his bite m1 to heal,his roar,hes E skill sometimes can be his disadvantage same goes for his C skill for it took seconds before he rise up and use his skill,and also the charge up of his plasmaa beam took ages to full,and before he can use,kong just beat him up,maybe if the devs bring back jira roar stun and also no more charges for plasma beam only cd,and hes C skill has a faster animation,jira might put up a good fight to againt monke. -This is just my observation. Please no hate
