She mostly did TV work in the very early 1960's she had an affair with Bing Crosby that apparently broke her heart. Her second husband was a black man who was still married to her when she committed suicide in 1970 at the age of 32 I believe. She had a sad and short life unfortunately..

She acted in numerous television shows and movies from 1954-1970. Guest-starred on "Bonanza," "Alfred Hitchcock Presents/Hour," "Route 66," "The Twilight Zone" and many other shows. Her first of two appearances on "Twilight Zone" was in the legendary first season episode called "The Hitch-Hiker." She also starred in the 1963-1966 ABC series "The Farmer's Daughter" and was Clint Eastwood's leading lady in the 1968 film "Hang 'Em High."
