Sly wasn’t hanging onto the wire per say, he was attached by his harness and carabiner to the wire, probably only had his hand there to stabilise himself and stop him from leaning down too much so maybe that would of saved some energy too

The 80kg pull up for Ben Affleck makes sense - as a superhero he might have to have someone grab onto him and then pull them up over something ;) . 2 pulleys and polystyrene rocks for Rocky I reckon!
