I love Tony Robbins! I wish I could give him a hug and thank him enough for always being such an inspiration to me. Honestly, I can say that no one else in the worlds has ever had such an influence on me. I hope this video gets through to offer more people an opportunity to see how powerful they are and what changes we're all capable of creating.

"Change is automatic, progress is not!" It is true but the most important is that it's true on the human psychic level, not just the biological level. Vision is so important because the imaginal realm is the real progress factor in life because the visual is predominant in impressing the unconscious. Ultimately we are looking for coherence in life, and this means we want to be happy in all the levels of our realization: the physical, the psychic and the spiritual level. It is true also that the 'should list' doesn't bring about a real progress, for 'should be' is on the level of ideals. Ideals are not what brings us forward, but actually delusions. What brings us ahead is not 'I should be' but 'I Am'. And then we get to that problem of self-definition ... creating beliefs about ourselves, which is really the ultimate trap. Can we stay in a state of innocence where there is no self-definition at all? That is the Zen approach. On the other hand, I do not believe that 'working out' with any method ever is a conducive approach for we are 'mindbuilders' as humans, not 'bodybuilders', for mind is over body, mind is the network in the web of life in which the body is nested in. If you focus on body only, you will miss out on 90% of life. I am not saying that Robbins says that. But our modern 'gym' culture does-for obvious reasons.
