Dude I love your channel. I've been watching it religiously when I get home from work & on the weekends. You do a fantastic job of informing us on everything. It's because of you that I told my Wife that we're selling everything & just going to travel from place to place for cheap. 1 month here, 1 month there, etc..... Hi Paddy . My husband Steve 64 and me Tina 57 watch your videos religiously. You are such a natural oresenter and the way you oroduce you video's is so professionally done. We watch alot of vloggers advertising Thailand along with other countries but it can be a bit classrooms and text book chatter. Your video's are not only informative, they are interesting and full of wit and humour. You give so much of yourself. Its a pleasure to watch you. Please don't listen to the negative comments people put up. Just remember, you can't please everyone. Just keep doing what you do best. We love watching you. The BBC should give you your own holiday show. You are a natural. We are hoping to do a 2 month back packing holiday in 2022. So are learning as much as we can from you now. On the plane ✈️ and staying for a year in 5,4,3,2,1…. Looks like an epic place you’re staying at. I was soooo hoping you’d go back to Koh Samui for the digital nomad support, things to do and see if you go into lockdown (& this time of year the weather is so lovely in that region!) NICE!!!!

The area you're describing as Bophut, near the big Buddha, is actually called Bangrak. Bophut is the area around the airport which then becomes Chaweng.

The Mango soap in the Spa is the best. I shower with that and TrueLy smell like a Mango afterwards. Nice place. Yah, it takes about a full week to get that crappy alcohol out of your system and get back to proper homeostasis. Keep up the good work.

I still own a house in Koh Samui but live in a village in Nakhon Sawan with my Thai wife. The place is the Shiva Resort village in Hua Thanon but I was at the time the third house built there 21 years ago and it wasn't the Shiva Village until they amassed a lot of houses and changed the name.

But...where did you book this 1 month stay? Wherever i look, it is far above 90.000 THB instead of 13.000 THB you paid. Is there any special trick? Or did prices change so much? Even on the hotel page it is the same.

You always find the best deals. I think you getting your awesome place for just $400 USD a MONTH is an insanely better deal than spending around $100 USD per night for a beach villa. You are close enough where you can get to the beach 🏝 very quickly anyway as hello you are already on an island so smart move saving a ton of 💰by staying where you are staying.
