That red foot knew exactly where it could get out of the water at, that was so cool... Mother Nature sure is awesome! Brooke should start a channel of hee own showing all that she does and the going ons there...

I come back again and again to watch this beautiful video. I love Brook so much ! She is exactly what society needs....Courageous, Loving, Funny , Smart and Hard Working ! She puts her soul into ACTION to better the lives of the creatures in her life. As she proclaimed, "I know my turtles." Bless that young woman and thank you Kenan for sharing this day with us.

Glad Fred made such good friends with Kennan because he is making things so much easier for them animal wise so they can have more time to grieve without having to worry about getting all of the animals homed so they were not euthenized. If that was going to be the outcome of the animals it would have been so hard on the family. Props to you Kennan because you are helping the family in more ways than you may know

It is happy that Fred’s family is going to keep some of the animals. I have seen a Hermann’s tortoise swimming and exiting the water fine.

Love the new turtles! They make a great addition to the ponds. Nice to see Fred's place again. I miss Fred, he had such a love for all animals. He was such a great guy.

Fred is smiling down at the continuation of his love for his animals and the relationship you have with his family. He knew what he was doing with his time on earth sharing his passion and knowledge with some of his favorite people.

That tortoise has definitely been in the water before. No hesitation, knew exactly what it was doing. Pretty interesting to watch.

Heart-warming relocation of one of my favorite animals of all time... turtles ! In 1953.... my dad built a turtle pond for me in our back yard in Michigan . Thank you for all the education and all the uplifting videos.

Absolutely loved seeing you back at the Grunwald’s helping Brooke. She is doing amazing taking care of Fred’s scale babies He would be so proud seeing how well she is doing. It’s always great to see Belinda too🤗 can’t get over how much the turtles have grown 🤗

I've never seen baboo like this! We don't get them here in Europe 🙂 It would be cool to get a tour in the redfoot enclosure! It looks so natural ☺️

yeah there is no native bamboo in europe. although it is grown in loads of southern places like spain and portugal. not many tropical and subtropical climates and thats what these giant grasses need

Thats a beautiful Northern Wood Turtle! I’ve never seen one with markings around the mouth and a light-colored lower jaw. Snappers aren’t inclined to bite underwater.

Good to see Freds place and family. Also, awesome setup! I'd opt to add some neon tetras and other tetras as well as a small group of corydoras, perhaps even some angelfish (or even discus) as well.

I know snags wasn’t in this video but I saw something on animal planet that if you play a tuba b flat note it will cause a gator to bellow. I know you had mentioned in previous videos you were interested might be something to look into! Thanks for allowing us into your life

Lovely Video. As I recall, with the P. Unifilis, the males retain the yellow spots on their heads. I have 1.4 here. I was shocked to find the babies, with complete paperwork in my local Pet Shop in Merida. I also am shocked at how fast they grow. Awesome.

That was my first time actually seeing a tortoise go into the water. I knew that some did but I had never witnessed it until this video.

Remember to put a 1ft high trim around the bottom of the new turtle enclosures, to keep any natural hatch baby turtle within the enclosure.
