Congrats love the apartment! 🎉😍. Also, just a suggestion regarding the TV setup/dstv why not maybe get a TV box (which will include dstv) because there is wifi so actually works out nice. .. then you can place the TV wherever u want 😊

I hear you about the tv stand, it doesn’t make sense to be placed there,maybe rather get a longer cable. And as for space if you decide not to move,maybe get a bookshelf and turn it into a storage for bags and shoes and place it on the corner where you said you will place the table (in the bedroom)

Get an extension cable maybe 3 to 5 meters so you can keep the entertainment unit where you want it and not have to sacrifice DSTV
