Great video, we close on our Eagle Crest home next month. We are excited. They are also planning to build a new high school just south of temecula Prepatory school. After the completion of the steam academy.

Congratulations! I was just at Eagle Crest this week. Thanks for the info about the high school! That will be great because Chaparral is a pretty decent drive from Winchester

About 4 years ago I found Winchester, Ca on the map. I notice that the south of Winchester has great schools with ratings 9/10 high school, 8/10 middle school and elementary. The house were priced in the high 300k. 4 years after, South Winchesters houses are going for high 500k or even higher. There’s still lots being sold for 150k and manufacture house can get put in and own farm animals and still be within the good school district. Definitely something I would do if I didn’t live in a good area with excellent school districts.

Thanks for the feedback Fabiola! Yes, the highly rated schools are a big draw for south Winchester. It’s growing quickly out there but still more affordable than a lot of surrounding areas 👍
