Ask Jessica about getting setup on a RealScout property and neighborhood search. jessicagenung20.realscout.com/agent/search

We can set up a search after a phone call or Zoom video conference if you prefer that to setting up on your own. It's a great way to give us feedback with "interested" or "not interested" marks as well as star ratings. We can also send messages within RealScout to discuss and answer questions.

I treat this video as a twin with your previous one “Pros and Cons Murrieta” since these two cities always are people want to compare with when they choose city to move in. I love you added new construction information in it. I wish the new community also has one story homes for old persons too. Thanks again for your time to search new information and share your knowledge and experience with us.

Hi Hua. We really appreciate you and your comments. There is definitely a demand for single story homes. We have more new construction in mind for future videos as well as neighborhoods of course. A market update is next though. Stay tuned!

Well done Jessica! The more I hear about your area the better it sounds. I personally am in favor of HOAs, so Temecula sounds like my cup of tea. Another great video!
@moving2murrieta4 жыл бұрын
Thanks Raymond. There are definitely Pros and Cons to an HOA. We are starting to appreciate them a little more now. The best ones have the low fee of around $35 that provide some structure for the neighborhood and perhaps some landscaping (along with City streets and maintenance) and perhaps a park. Sometimes the lack of a pool and security patrols are a good thing with lower costs.

You didn't mention this great "champagne" that comes from Temecula. My client just told me about this yesterday :) SO many things to love about your area
@moving2murrieta4 жыл бұрын
We talk about wine county with all the restaurants, tasting rooms and a few full service hotel resorts. You are right to point out it is brief though. The Top 5 Reasons to Move to Temecula video gets a little deeper. We are trying to not be too redundant, but you are right again, we should not gloss over perhaps the best part. As for champagne...the quality of wine in Temecula is good in our opinion and we are winning more and more of the wine snobs too. All that to say, I am not a wine expert, but I do not love the almond champagne that a lot of people talk about. It gives me a headache.

Pro's 1994 when we moved I had to watch out for horse back riders, and the only high school in town had a stable for horses as kids rode their horse to school - Cons 2021 have to watch out for homeless on bikes they stole, and when I drove for uber, lyft and a taxi in town for 4 years, retired military I can say this - if you want to impress people, take them around during the day, when its nice, because its a different city at night. Old town is dangerous after 10PM (just like it was in 1994) and Our 106 K home is now almost 500 K , and that's ridiculous - homelessness will rise in California, Crime will continue to get worse and people will network to rip you off, good luck finding true friends who just want to hang out and be friends b/c in This area, its all about networking and making money or don't talk to me- but we gone, left, and still have good friends in the area, whom we miss dearly.

Hi Rachel. The commute is a major factor. More people are working from home or at flexible schedules. San Diego can be an easy drive at say 10AM but coming back home is always the tough part. Thank you for this video - we're planning on visiting this week to check out the 3 areas - I'm wondering about the inventory as of late - it seems like there's not a whole lot to choose from in my preliminary searches. I'm not interested in the new HOAs - what's with the tiny lot sizes? Also, are schools in Murietta just as good?
@moving2murrieta4 жыл бұрын
Hi Julie. Can you email or call me at Jessica.Genung@gmail.com or 760-212-7916 if you have a minute. That would be best to dig into some of this. The short answer is 1) inventory is low 2) more HOA areas in Temecula less in Murrieta 3) yes, schools in Murrieta are just as good (again please call or email for me to elaborate, particularly on that last one). Talk to you soon I hope.

Thanks for the video ! Any great bodies of water, community pools or other spots for swimming near Temecula that you'd recommend ?
@moving2murrieta4 жыл бұрын
There are a few things that come to mind. The first is simply the ocean which is relatively nearby Temecula around 40 minutes away to Oceanside. There are a lot of nice community pools in various neighborhoods with an HOA. For Temecula, people love Lake Harveston which is great for scenery and walking (not swimming) but that is a perfect example of an awesome community pool too.
