I spent hours and hours trying to fix my audio. Editing was the hardest part. There was this bad static in my audio and when I had added effects to get rid of it, it eventually worked. But then it stopped working and ruined everything. I deleted all of the effects and my audio turned out to be perfectly fine (except for the static weird “hi” at the beginning but I wanted to say hi to you guys so WHATEVER. Hope you liked the video.

You’re a gem ✨ Love your skate review video! I literally just ordered my Lollys today. And I ordered one size down like they recommended. I’m a size 7-7.5. And ordered the 6. So I really hope they still don’t fit too big, but if they do, like you said, I’ll just wear the thick socks 🤷🏻‍♀️ so excited to see more of your videos !

After the "more than I ever expected" came the biggest look of defeat ever. I also bought just the boots and plates. They're going to take foreverrrrrrrrrrrrr to get here, though.

I can’t decide what color to get. Floss is my favorite, but I’m afraid it will look grimy really quickly. 😫

Yea I prefer darker colors because dirt and stuff doesn't show up as well on them but if you get lighter colors you can just clean them a lot!

If you want to learn how to dance skate and not spend money on it (which I fully understand) I've found that just taking your toe stops off works just as well as plugs. Instead, if you want to invest in something that's more in a dance skate kind of direction, I'd recommend getting smaller wheels, that usually makes manoeuvring about and dancing a lot easier (and should you want to street skate again, you can just change them back to your radars)

Thanks for the advice! I found some old jam plugs my brother had left over from his skating days!! But yes I have to buy smaller and harder wheels for sure.

@Laura AK what wheels do you recommend for dance? What size wheels? I skate urban outdoor areas but want to starts smooth floors (indoor roller rinks and outdoor parks). My understanding is harder wheels are best for both types of skating, rinks/parks with slight variations with the set up but I don't know what's a good set up for either one. Do you have any recommendations?

What plate did you get on your boot? Is the PoweDyne Nylon Plate good or do you recommend an upgrade? Also I'm not quite sure what type of skater I'll be...I know skate park skating will be harder for me, with zero skate parks in my area. BUT I know I'm interested in long distance skating, trail skating, (hopefully?) Dance skating, street skating. Idk if ill be able to have enough confidence for skate park tricks.. lmao What wheels do you recommend? Have you tried the moxi gummy are they bad? Or is radar just better?

I ordered the powerdyne thrust plate which is like the basic plate that comes on Lollys unless u pick something else. And I've never tried the moxi gummy wheels but they have the same hardness as the radar wheels I have (78A). And I've loved the radar wheels for outdoor skating. So I'm sure they're both about the same.

Oh.. ur lacing the speed eyelets wrong. Ur supposed to go from over the top of them, not under. Michelle has a video on it

What KZfaq videos did you watch to help you with your video and audio problems? It can helps others who have the same problem or if in the future buy (GoPro?) the same camera.

I was using a canon rebel t6i to film but the rode video go mic. My suggestion is to not use that mic ever haha. But most of my audio problems were fixed by turning down the volume of the mic on the camera while recording so it would never peak. Also using audio editing software to put an anti static sorta effect on the audio

I wear a true 6.5 and wish they sold half sizes in the Moxi skates. I would have preferred buying a size 4.5 rather than a size 5. I firstly purchased the Impalas in a size 7 (based off of the sizing chart provided) and they fit just like you said your Moxi boots fit...loosely and I have space in the back of the boot. I hope that is not an indicator of how the Moxi Lolly skates will fit me when they arrive. I hope I love them.

You can custom order half sizes for extra charge. But something that could help is just wearing thicker socks!! It's crazy how much that helps. Also I would rather do that than pay extra anyways haha! Hope this helps!

Ho0ol1gan Sweet...thanks for the knowledgeable response. I will probably contact them and get the size 4.5. I am finicky like that and the fact that they are already expensive would just really bother the heck out of me. I tend to have selective OCD about some things and this is one of them. Funny stories behind some of my compulsive habits.

You were spot on with your sizing comments. My black size 4.5 Lolly Pops are an awesome fit. I have really narrow fit and my heels tend to slip out of my shoes when there is a pinch of extra room...not with these. They are so comfortable and such good quality of skates. I now want some Jacks just to have two different type of skate boots...but that will have to wait because it’s so expensive.

@@plodde89 I ended up returning them because their was a 12 week lead time so I was just super impatient 😅 and they were also, pretty expensive so I couldn’t justify spending so much and not being able to actually use them in the summer time...

I would say get a 4! I am also a womens 6 in Van's and 4 fit me pretty dang well with a tiny bit of room for my toes so it's comfortable. I can only speak for the Lollys though I'm not sure about other roller skates.

I ordered my skates today too and I’m super scared they won’t fit. My street shoes r a size 4 in men’s and 3 in kids. I really hope the size 4 fits.

hi! saw this and thought i'd reply since i'm similar size! i wear a size 4 lolly boot, but am size 3ish in kids, 4.5/5 in women's. so i think you're gonna be fine :)

UPS is refusing to delivery my skates I ordered almost 4 weeks now. I called customer service and there giving me all types of excuses. I got my refund from my seller and told her what’s been going on. Been really depressed for the past few days.
