This quick pie recipe will surprise everyone. Very tasty and moist cake - it just melts in your mouth! You can decorate with nuts or berries. The next day the pie remains just as tender and delicious!
Ingredients:
egg 3 pcs
sugar 120 g
lemon zest 1 tsp.
vanilla sugar 10 g
lemon juice 60 ml
a pinch of salt
yogurt 130 g
vegetable oil 100 ml
flour 180 g
baking powder 15 g
mold diameter 18 cm
180°C 35-40 minutes
soft cottage cheese 150 g
coconut flakes 60 g
sugar 2 tsp
Spread onto already baked pastries and bake for another 15 minutes at 180°C!
