This is my 2 cents on all I have to share for anyone planning a trip to Mozambique. I visited the province of Gaza, an Island called Bilene and we stayed at San Martinho Beach Club the hotel/resort.

OR Tambo/ Maputo to and from: flight prices (R3400) PER PERSON Please note that these were booked 2 months before the trip.
Accommodation was R10 384 for 4 nights, 5 days, booked in advance as well. Normal Cabin without a patio and splash pool. Rate included breakfast EVERYDAY.
Jetskiing: MZN 3500 for 30min. MZN 7000 for 1 hour
Pedal boat: 150 MZN for 1 hour (per person, can carry 4 people)
Canoes: 150 MZN for 1 hour
Mountain bikes: MZN 150 for 1 hour & MZN 500 for a day
Tubes (round lying and banna tube) MZN1500 for 10min
To lagoon beach (other side of the island) 4000 MZN for 2 hours
Sandbar cruiser trips: SUNSET Cruise MZN 1200 for 3 hours (ADULTS)
Unfortunately I did not get a picture of the cocktail & food menu.
In estimation, a meal can cost between MZN 500 to MZN 800
Most priced cocktail was MZN 580 and least priced was about MZN 310
