I watched it at a cinema in Toulouse, amazing duo, both are impressive.It is a pity that kwiecien stops singing because he had 2 accidents, of course it is a big concern but he has a so exceptional voice and impressive acting ability🥲😇👏🙏🙌🎶🔥

Have heard these two sing this beautiful duet before. Voices blend fantastically. Hating on this production a bit. Prefer more of a traditional setting. Along with costumes, staging etc. still, Bravo!

Yikes! Don Carlo would be the last opera they ever sang. Way too heavy for both. But I agree. Kwecien's back injury and early retirement are a sad loss to opera.

@@PatroniFan: Their voices blend so well together, like Elīna Garanča and Anna Netrebko (when they were younger). The best "Au fond du temple saint" I've ever heard. And, yes, their hunky good looks is the icing on the cake. BTW, they are good friends in real life, too, and have worked together a lot. Must be a big part of why they sound great together.
