@Tom Hoffmann call of duty had very nice and distinctive sounds along with a satisfying reload animation, half life had an mp5sd that actually did look like the actual gun if you consider the fact that it was 1997 and most other 3d titles did not have guns that actually looked like the real deal.

@@stoodle511 that and silencers don't actually make the gun quiet but quieter than an unsuppressed gun. In other words suppressed weapons are RELATIVELY QUIET, not actually quiet or silent.
