For me is always sad to see in movies, good parents that die in the most gruesome ways. This scene got me shocked and sad, I even got tears in my eyes.

I'm not entirely sure how good forensic science was in 1901, but that certainly is a factor to consider.

Wouldn't even need a scientist to see his head would have definitely had to be smashed multiple times into the sink to cause the amount of head damage and the sink aswell.

I remember my friend in the eighth grade telling me about this scene, and it sounded gruesome at the time. Honestly, though, how the water keeps falling through the hole in the sink is genuinely beautiful in my opinion. I should check this movie out sometime.
