I haven't been in Timișoara since 2010 and I know how good and cheap the food was at the beer factory, can't wait for the end of the month to go back there and show My lady all the places I loved as a student! And, yes, the unfiltered beer directly from the factory is worth the visit alone, even if you're not hungry. Love your videos and insights as always. One love!

I can’t wait for you to see more of our cities. I really want you to see the city of Oradea, it’s near Timișoara and it’s one of the most art-nouveau (architectural style) concentrated cities in Europe! It’s a stunning city with one of the best quality of life in the country! You still have a lot to discover from us! ❤

ok let's see pronounciation: in romanian we have Ș and Ț (pronounced as in sh and ts, unlike the normal S and T) we have syllables composed (some of them) of 2 vowels, 1 of them being very short, for example this OA in Timisoara (the O is very very short and it's more like towards an U and the emphasis is put more on the A) we also never roll the R. the romanian R is more like the asian R (like in japanese, korean, maybe something between the english R and D) Timișoara - as in Tee - mee - shua - ra Sarmale - as in sar - ma - leh Miorița - as in mee - o - ree - tsa The cabbage in sarmale doesn't have any vinegar. The cabbage is pickled the most traditional way. We also make sarmale with unpickled cabbage or grape leafs or just make stuffed peppers with the same mixture instead. I see you're running out of romanian videos to watch though :P cause this one wasn't much substantial :D So you want some romanian videos to react to? :)

From Timișoara the revolution started in 1989. There was a saying used manny years after the revolution : " Din Timișoara apoi în toată țara" = From Timișoara and then in the whole country. The ppl hwo lived in those years know what i am saying😂❤.

Yes, there are lots and lots of weddings and photo shootings during summer in the Roses Park :) And also yes, the Christmas markets are really beautiful in Timisoara.

Timișoara is by far one of the most beautiful cities in our country and this video didn’t even made it justice. It was pretty bland and didn’t really show the city that much nor did it showcase much of the history of each location, you really need to see the city more! Going to tell you a bit about it…it’s the city that gave rise to the Romanian Revolution. On some of the buildings, bullet marks and signs of explosions can still be seen on them (the ones that weren’t renovated). The famous revolution slogan that the whole nation knows “Azi în Timișoara, mâine-n toată țara” (Today in Timișoara, tomorrow in the whole country) started here. Timișoara has many nicknames such as the city of roses, city of parks and the most well known one, Little Vienna because of the similarities in architecture with Vienna in Austria and also since it was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The city was one of the most advanced European cities of the 19-20th centuries, known for being the first city in the whole of Europe that began using electric streetlights in 1884, second in the world only after New York City in 1880 and also the first European city to introduce horse-drawn trams in 1869. Timișoara is the European Capital of Culture for 2023, this bringing a huge boost in tourism! Overall, Timișoara is a city that we are immensely proud of!

Hey there! The dish is called Sarmale. Sarmaua is a culinary preparation of minced meat, mixed with rice and other ingredients, wrapped in leaves of cabbage, vine or stevia, etc., in the form of a roll. In Romania it is usually served with polenta and cream.

I remember Timisoara from news reports in 1989. A very brave pastor named Laszlo Tokes took a stand against the Ceaucescu regime and kicked off the revolution that toppled the Communist regime. The news reports followed what was happening on a day to day basis and I was very aware that I was watching history in the making.

Is not salami ...is sarmale... And just for you to know ...Timisoara in the hero-city of revolution 1989...because they was first people what start go on streets...then all the contry folow ... But the first move they made it ...and first move was the hardest... Thank you Mr Giant!

Timişoara prides herself with a lot of premieres/records. It is the first city in Europe with electric street lights, 2nd in the world after NY. 1st on todays Ro. territory with beer factory and 1st with tram... richest arhitecture heritage, on the video is just a scrap of central places. There are more then the center. 2, 3 more Neighborhoods with hundreds of historical buildings, unfortunately the state of many is ..not that good.

Allways in one bite take polenta+ cabage roll+ sour cream( perfect spoon) , salam with no " i " at the end in romanian & in english is salamy with an " i " at the end❤oh sorry sarmale( i wrothe for salam) so sarmale allready they wrote to you how it' s corect. I'm from Timisoara and it's really a great city, however the video you reacted to was kinda meh, I don't like that hurry up style, mix it all together and show food half of the video.
