Lavrov also Said they wouldn't invade Ukraine, within days and hours of their invasion. His credibility is already burnt, when he says Russia will not invade Europe - as if Ukraine is _not_ Europe. So who is and isn't Europe is not up to a country's own determination, but up to Russian determination.

@adongojoshua561 Libyan operation wasn't a NATO-operarion. Many countries like sweden partook in it but weren't members, and vice versa. This means that nato as a organisation is defensive, while some countries might act offensively independently of the alliance. As for nato expansion, this means that more countries in nato isn't nato encroaching on your backwards dictatorship, but rather a country wanting to be protected.

I have just seen the funniest pod cast on Warthog Defence. A Ukrainian soldier on the frontline decided to play the American national anthem to the Russian soldiers who went berserk with their fire power. The voice of the singer was fantastic & clear. I couldn't stop laughing. Brilliant strategy. They should get sympathisers to place loudspeakers all over the front line & blast the Ukrainian anthem. Better than giving them alcohol to addle their brains. Hilarious. I needed a good belly laugh to balance the news.
