Local people tried to salvage their domestic animals, contrary in russia they try to salvage TV, kettle and other goods. This what one of russian propagandist said on TV literally that people try to salvage their TV or kettle etc. For developed nations goods have no meaning, but the living being is the highest priority! In Ukraine for example there were two revolutions and we have a war, in all these occasions how do you think, how many shops or other facilities were looted?)))
