Not all creepy crawling invertebrates in your saltwater aquarium are bad. These guys have been getting a bad rap and it's time to clear their record

100% agree - bristle worms can play an important roll in a healthy reef tank and should be considered a valued member of the cleanup crew.

Well if flatworms didn’t kill my shrimp I don’t know what did.

Well said mark! They are actually really important CUC members. Fireworms are a different story though....

Man ive been in the hobby for 10 plus years and am actually a little stumped on th eplumbing aspect of going from AIOs to a plumbed sump and tank in a house. if youre looking for video ideas, a quick background on how the overflow and return pump work together, why head pressure is important, how the overflow starts a siphon, how to maintian sump water level, etc. would be cool.

I have a slight algae problem in my tank and I want to try either phosguard or phosban. I have been reading all day and of course im getting 50/50 that phosguard(aluminum based) is bad for tanks and to use gfo. I plan to just put it in a media bag in the output of my remora skimmer. Do you recommend phosban, or phosguard?

Just the general attitude of "OMG, what is this hitchhiker in my tank is it going to kill everything what do I do?!?!?" drives me nuts. Most of the time it ends up being a stometella or just some harmless worm. Asking questions is fine, but I see so many people panicking for no reason.
