What a fantastic Warm-Up. I'm a Ballet Dancer. I danced Jazz and now totally focusing on Jazz. Thank you so much for the Warm Up

That was excellent!!! I do a lot of the same things and the same way, but it's always good to change things up slightly while still staying technical and proficient!

Most of it is my own creation but also influenced things from all of my Mentor /teachers throughout my early training years and career. Compilation of my own stuff and influences from mentors .
