MrBeast's "Abandoned City" (Not a city)

The first hotel at the beautiful Kupari Resort in Croatia was built in the 1920s on top of a possible fort. In WW2 the area was used as an Italian Concentration Camp but little to know evidence is left. During the 1960s massive hotels were built for the Yugoslav Elite and they functioned up until the Yugoslav Wars of the 90s when it was bombed and looted by retreating Serbian and Montenegrin forces.

I really do enjoy sharing these places and I was taking tons of photos and videos before I finally got the idea to make the channel lol. The fort is really cool and that will be up this week. After that I have to return to the tunnels because I missed something BIG, but it's cool, half my footage was corrupted so it's better I went back anyways. It was a sign 😆

Even at the halfway point to a pile of rubble, stuff still looks pretty down there. And quite a bit of that is owed to the beautiful scenery of the landscape. All it needs is less vandalism, though.

Yeah the hotels are in a beautiful cove, it's a shame, but they are too far gone to fix I beleive, and the area will probably remain this way for the foreseeable future. Thanks for watching.

SemperFi (all soldiers to me) I think I remember you’re a vet? - That has to be a fort. This is an example of history lost, and how easy his-story written by the winners can mislead generations. So much lying for much much more than a thousand years. Thanks for sharing. The modern trench-art on the walls is epic!😁

Really cool video. but its a little hard to watch since the sound mixing is so uneven. the narration is much louder then the original video sound so I have to constantly adjust the volume my self.

@@TattooedTraveler there was this railroad that used to exist up in the mountains out in the sticks It no longer runs today but it is used as a bike trial and is fun to ride I can see why it failed as a railroad, some paths were way too narrow and steep for trains Derailment happened a lot most likely Its a place called hiawatha I dont know the full story of the railroad But its certainly fascinating

@7:15 that is some prime property views, beautiful. It is abandon now, can't imagine it will be for long. It would be probably destroyed and built new. Considering prices nowdays here, getting too damn expensive.... Who is US pal, does he also lives here? :)

Yeh bro, hes actually Croatian, just came back. The crazy shit is that the government doesn't want to sell these places, they want 40 year leases. So basically "fix them up for us and jebi se."
