The Nightmare Before Christmas actually scared me. I first watched it as a kid (6 years old, my first horror movie), and was traumatized by it. I couldn’t sleep because I was scared that the man under the stairs was going to get me in my sleep. Yesterday, I saw the original Halloween and The Nightmare Before Christmas with my mom, and she said she didn’t like TNBC because she thought it was “gross”.
