Land Cruiser Prado... The Toyota badge is reliable. Let's just say I have a couple of people in the family who drive or drove Land Rovers, and they came across a number of issues. A little story about the speed limit when going through the National Park... Let's just say My Mercedes at the time had to be towed because I was in a rush to get to Ponta- Di- O-ru (that's how it's pronounced)... Basically, I didn't see a speed bump and there we were all flying in the car... Learnt my lesson and never again do I violate the speed limits when going to a place for the first time😅

If you're looking for luxury...you can't go wrong with the Land Rover but, if it's longevity you're after; look no further than the Land Cruiser. If money wasn't a factor, I'd actually get the First Edition AND the VXR because they both look fantastic.

hahah my choice is the defender !! when its a 3 litre. i don`t like under-powered cars especially when your in the top speed ranges on long commutes and you hear the engine raving too much. and this 4 cylinder looks like it would rave much. its too big for the engine power plus defender and its off road capability is unmatched

This car is almost perfect, it has the looks,nice interior plus sunroof (I'm pleasantly surprised) and it's a toyota which means it's reliable and it will last you forever. My only gripe with it is the power figures i feel like it's underpowered for it's size but having said that I'd still pick it (first edition) over the defender.

As a proud owner of a 2018 Prado, I undersatnd the design. It's for the future but they really didn't need to mess with the engine. The 3.0D and the 4.0V6 are bullet proof engines.. Instead of this, I would rather go for the Land Cruiser 200 as an upgrade with the 4.5 twin turbo diesel engine. This engine is not exciting enough. But to be fair, I trust this Prado off road more than I trust the Land Cruiseer 300
