Roscoe Sheridan had another quiet day on the ground, but finished with 61 yards on 17 carries. Detractors will point out that the teams they beat on their way to their 2-0 start, North Texas and Buffalo, aren't exactly worldbeaters. Kalispell will look to back up their 2-0 start when they travel to face the 2-0 Washingto State Cougars. Kalispell will look to prove their mettle once again in their annual game versus the Pac-12.

Offense is still unrefined, but the defense is great once again. Wazzu should be an interesting matchup spreading the field against this defense that already has a lot of secondary talent. I'll be interested to see how that one turns out.

I just have to say when playing defense I like it when you can confuse the offense line by switching the pass rush and twisting the rushers. It makes for a good pass rush and gets the sacks that you want.

your run game was so successful in the past because of your mobile qb. i wish you’d focus on those kinds of quarterbacks because i feel like you play best in a scheme with a mobile qb. that being said the defense has balled out so far and i can’t wait to see how they play against tougher opponents

That secondary is one scary unit man. Never seen such good secondary play in this game. The offense looked more efficient but the run game is a little concerning. I do like Sheridan but he’s not really explosive enough to make a whole lot happen when there’s no room. The one weakness I do see on defense is containing mobile quarterbacks. You won’t see it because of sack yards but their quarterback ran all through them. JR Battle made some insane throws. But he could be better if he saw the... ahem... wide open receivers over the middle... I’m glad to see them take a shot to Daye. Daye is that dude.

If Kalispell keeps having seasons like last season they shoud be moved to the pac-12 or independents to play tougher oponetnts and get serious bowl games and obiously winning makes your team more popular so eventually you should find a way to move them to a bigger stadium because if there winning alot of games and playing more popular power 5 teams in the future they will need more seats for the fans

The first run of the game should have been an audible. You see the safety coming down and you know the counter takes some time to set up. That is on the quarter back not reading the defense not the running back or line.

Hey Cane I think you should go all in for a top QB(preferably an athlete since it’s painful to watch Battle suffer in almost every single dropback because of the O-Line) this season, you have Battle as a junior right now, so recruit a QB, redshirt him because you have the last year of JR and you will have a great guy for 4 years, I used this method in my Memphis dynasty, I always recruit QBs in the junior year of my current QB and it always went right
