The unplugged version is fire! 🔥

Few get this song. It is _not_ about getting the girl back at all. It is about a man that made the worst mistake ever, knowing good and well she is _never_ coming back. This song is about the pain inside he feels and hopefully learned from, and finally _admitting_ to himself, the truth. He was so wrong for what he has done, and taking personal ownership of it. And until you can actually listen to it from that perspective, you will never _truly_ "Hear" the song. That is the reason for the drawn out ending. It ends in defeat, and he has to live with the consequences, forever. It is a cautionary tale. And a blueprint to learning, and growth.

Highly recommend the unplugged version. He goes absolutely fucking ham.

Thanks for your reaction to my favorite band from "back when." All their music was fire. The band came to an end when Miljenko was horribly hurt in a live onstage accident. He is now singing again and can still hit some of those high notes. BTW, Good advice you gave at the end.
