Apex could also gain the advantage if he uses his claws and stabs Breacher in the eyes, sure he won't be able to do the drift. But if he makes his opponent blind, then he could easily turn the tables.

I actually think that Apex might have a chance in a normal fight and maybe be even a bit of a favourite. Two things, leg strength and those claws. I don't think that Apex can bring down Breacher with kicks and clawing, because of either the armour or the sheer size of Breacher, but I think that he might have a shot at piercing through those darker and probably lighter armoured parts on Breachers body and most importantly face. The fight is basically an ultra heavyweight boxer with body armour and helmet against a special forces soldier with a knife. So long as Apex is able to just dodge and score strikes to vitals it's over. Stats: Strength: Actually pretty on par, but Breacher has a slight edge Weight class: Absolute win for Breacher Armour: Breacher Speed: Apex Agility: Apex all the way Reflexes: Apex Tactics: Apex Weaponry: Similar I guess, Breacher takes edge maces+whip versus daggers, Apex might have something long range, but I do not think it would be really effective except for distraction Most important things to take into account in this fight is just the utterly extreme difference in agility and skill. Size defense and power are all really important to, but all these can be taken into account only if you can actually even defend yourself and land attacks. The scen: Head to head fight of Apex versus Breacher, no distractions or special events. Apex tries to find weakpoints and takes some slight damage while doing so, but Apex can probably take a few hits, Atlas did and he has waaay worse armour and is way clunkier. Battle goes to a stalemate, Apex cant find a way to deal any significant damage, but Breacher cant even really hit him, at least not with his club-like hands, tail is something else entirely, but Apex should be able to deflect and mitigate most damage from it, due to not getting hit square on. So, after this stalemate comes the chipping stage, in other words the best way to take down huge opponents? Go for the legs. Some minor cuts here and there might do the trick, to slow down Breacher even a bit more, so there are more flaws for Apex to capitalise on. For show purposes Apex would probably get badly damaged around this stage but lets not bring in any just-for-drama events here. The finishing move that I envision would be just Apex jumping on the back of Breacher and tearing out those armoured parts on Breacher's head using those legs of his in a similar fashion how it straight up sent flying Atlas while simultaneously lauching itself back in the same move without any use of momentum. After that just jump away and wait for a chance to deal the actual finishing blow. Sorry for any mistakes and overall text quality, English ain't my first language...

If APEX survived Atlas Destroyer getting destroyed: i sleep Boy getting slapped: REAL SHIT

In the the Boneyard Episode of Season 1, it was shown how Apex ROUTINELY goes to Anteverse by opening breaches and bring in large Kaijus to be hunted, killed and eaten (he had Acidquill for dinner that day). There were dead Slatterns (mind you it's plural) identified by LOA so that means Apex preys on Cat V on regular basis. Besides, Breacher is really Cat VI just because of its size and nothing else... these category stuff do not represent killing ability just like how Boy being a Cat II can fight off and kill a Cat III with ease (remember those eel-like Kaijus he broke the neck of one of them?). I think Apex's overall killing ability (speed, weapon claws, IQ, jumping ability) will eventually prevail over Breacher's size and armour advantage. But I won't be surprised if Apex will be half dead after that fight.

To be fair, Boy legit broke a kaijus neck in a few seconds, so Apex getting beat up by boy punching him in the face 50 times when other kaiju get destroyed by Boy, Apex's durability is still good imo. Would have loved to see more of him tho : (

Honestly from this fight of what I seen with these two is that, true that the breacher is literally a walking tank- no I take that back, a walking fortress here while apex is more on the animosity here and I do agree with the apex comments here for that apex's intelligence here, for that breacher is just a drone for the precursors. But here I could see where apex could strike at breacher, one his back we never seen beacher guarding his back so much nor taken considerable possibly. 2 his legs and his two smaller arms, while if the breacher is busy swinging away his huge club like arms he leaves his under side open if not careful. And three his weaponry of choice, since it's possible for apex to take a heavy blow to breacher's clubs and while like tail, breacher's skeletal like arms are a big weakness for someone to grapple on to and use it against with since it reveals a big opening gap of for his tail to be stuck in there if apex goes ahead and focus on it's tail first. But that's if apex takes in consideration of planing of what are his options for him.

the theory is cool and all but i think the psychic attack (???) would not work that much considering breacher could have been through lots of shit as well. We have not seen how the hybrid were made but with all other kaijus that were sent to earth all need to go through a battle royale type thing . if i remember correctly, knife head killed 2 other cat 3 kaijuus in his selcetion battle b4 he got sent to earth

I think Apex Because He's Quicker and could easily get straight to the killing blow and win, and we don't know Breachers durability because he didn't really take any hits from Atlas But then died to the self-destruct. And Apex died to bOy because he didn't want to hurt him/kill him and just bring him back, so even though apex has the size disadvantage he would more likely leap straight in and stab breacher with his big sharp hands and kill breacher quick like he does to all kaiju. It still might not be easy for Apex is smaller but he's quicker and just wants to get the fight over with whereas for Breacher it looks as if he likes to toy with his pray as he did with Atlas slowly ripping the arm of and not going straight for the kill, but Apex would take advantage to that, also I'm pretty sure Apex is pretty smart not super smart but knows how to fight

My take on it: IF APEX is able to do hit and run and slowly but surely weaken Breacher over time, then I'd say its possible for APEX to get a good shot and kill the beast or try a drift. However, if he isn't, then the moment Breacher gets its hands on its head its over. Given how BOY (who granted is fairly powerful) was able to tear apart its face to the point its eyes were exposed, I doubt that Breacher wouldn't be able to do just as much, if not even MORE damage. And I highly doubt that APEX will have enough time to establish a drift with Breacher before having the full power of a Cat 6's fury coming straight down on its skull. This part may ALSO be a bit of a stretch, but I think Breacher may or may not have even been giving its full effort into wiping the floor with Atlas. Again, this part is just stretching and is about as reliable as a grain of salt. Don't take it that seriously. Breacher 7 or 8/10 times.

I feel like Apex would be around a Cat 5 Kaiju simply due to it having two things that differentiate it from other kaiju that make it very terrifying. Speed and intelligence Apex has shown that’s is not only very intelligent but it’s also FUCKING FAST. The dude can jump hundred of feet in the air and was seen pulling some flips off in the air when he fought Atlas. Using Striker Eureka and Saber Athena (two jaegers seen as some of the fastest ever) Apex is probably faster than them. Not to mention that whilst Breacher is definitely stronger, it ain’t gonna do much when you opponent is running literal circles around you and stabbing you in all sorts of places.

honestly it is hard to say because breacher kicked atlas destroyer's ass, but apex has a chance to win as well, apex could have easily destroyed atlas but it was crippeled with no weapons so we do have a little bit of a time trying to determine who would have won

one is bigger and slow, while the other is large enough to do damage and really fast plus agile........APEX wins, just takes time. Unless Breacher gets a hand on Apex. Then its how much of a hit can Apex take from Breacher without hurting is agility.

If I could find my original comment and edit it I would but I can’t find it anymore again apex has agility over the breacher and it’s been discussed that apex also likely has the standard armament of a jaeger drone meaning he has a particle beam and side winder missiles to work with. Also the bleachers eyes are its weak point if the breacher can’t see apex it’s screwed because apex already has the speed if the breacher can’t see it would allow apex to just mop up. Edit : it would probably be said that the claws wouldn’t be the best in this situation but rather the side winder missiles which apex could use to take out the eyes without being put in danger.
