Since I couldn't find much information on this issue I'm posting this video and link I found to resolve issues related to many seemingly unrelated electrical issues that suddenly appear due to a lack of communication of the various body modules on the van. See the link below where I found the information that instantly resolved the issues I've been fighting. Ultimately, it was corrosion between electrical terminals that was easily cleaned away to resolve ALL issues.
