One thing I notice about her is she’s supportive of her husband. You can tell he doesn’t like the camera action however she still acknowledges him on a regular. Right! This is the most common eating disorder.. I’ve always had to watch what I eat as I had weight on me since I was a little girl (my nickname was Miss Piggy😩😩💀). You’d never think it now, but it’s real reallll easy for me to gain weight. People wouldn’t be silent if there was a bone thin anorex!c or bulem!c throwing up on camera, but this is just as deadly. I do enjoy watching her eat things I can’t eat, but yes it is slowly k!lling this lovely young woman. I hope she makes it over this addiction and lives to be a ripe old age and healthy❤. I don’t want to be a type 2 diabetic like all of my aunts and aunts and my granny, and they aren’t even overweight most of them. I would definitely be non compliant and I do not do needles at all. Visceral fat (fat surrounding the viscera or organs), causes heart attacks and strokes at the very least. The heart will enlarge if it’s being overworked (the bigger you are, even height wise, the harder it must work to pump blood to extremities and vital organs). Higher risk of joint damage due to added stress, harder to get preggers, many many issues. If we really care, we have to at least say something even if it is unpopular.

I started my journey walking over two years ago. I walked 3 miles a few times a week. I now walk 4-5 miles 5 days a week…I can definitely tell the difference in my mood, my energy and sleep like a baby…Trying to start a walkathon to help others…Also, I cut out certain foods(gluten, dairy, sugar, processed foods, fried food and no fast food(game changer) 👍🏿
