How to make Ghanaian Rough Rock Buns | Plain & Coconut | Rock cakes | 2 recipes

Күн бұрынHello Fam! Let's make Ghana rock buns today!(not too sweet) this is a no fail recipes that everyone around you will enjoy, in this video I am sharing two recipes, one for the plain rock cakes and another one for the coconut rock buns, try the one you prefer!, I like the plain ones better.
NB: DO NOT OVERMIX THE BATTER
Here are the ingredients:
220gr self raising flour
120gr margarine
50 gr sugar
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla essence
1tsp nutmeg powder
2tbsp milk
Coconut version: add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut (46grams)
