Love the tip. Have done that for so long myself. Helps break up the monotony and builds confidence for when you get out on the course.

I do this often on range. I also use it as a prep before a round, just “playing” the first and maybe second hole after a warm-up with all the clubs. 👍 great idea.

Exactly right on that one ball at a time thing otherwise you think that ah i can just hit the next one if that doesn't work! Good and valuable point!👍🏻

Man dude Id love to try this routine out but I live in the southeast US, humidity and heat are bad but the dew point is terrible in the mid 70's. But as soon as it cools down some Im'a going to try this out. Ty for the vid.

May I suggest to maybe hit a second shot with the same club to correct a poor strike? Just as a confidence builder. Great practice concept and entertaining. Thanks.

Personally I prefer not hitting a second shot. I prefer to estimate where the poor shot may have finished up and simulate the recovery shot.

Use to have a range 5 min. from work. Would go there after work a lot... They had a token system, buy a bunch of tokens at a discount, each token was about 30 balls. You could hit a small bucket and not feel like you were not getting ripped off. That was perfect. Less balls meant each shot was more important and would help you really focus and "practice" for that 30 balls.

I do the same. Less is more. I see guys out there with the 100 ball bucket. My hands hurt just thinking about it.

Do this sometimes with the kids. We even use one of those gps apps to help keep track of our shots and where we would be on the course. Use to practice like this a lot when I couldn't afford the green fee to play.

Mr SG - great exercise. With your clout, is it possible to get the local ranges to dye/fertilizer their yardage flags to simulate a real green. It's sometimes difficult to tell whether you've hit the green or not. thanks. Westlake used to do it, but no more.

My game is so messed up. I see hackers all day long hitting thin duffed slices (at least they’re consistent), and all I can do is hit a big push/block and hope it hooks back (sometimes does sometimes doesn’t)... and my divots point almost 45 degrees right of my stance. I can shoot 68, or I can shoot 90. And I’m not kidding. It all has to do with that damn push hook thing. Could be 50 yards right all day long or right down the pipe. No rhyme or reason to if the club face decides to square and draw or just block it into another fairway.

Golf is a pretty good game good for mature millennials and growing families. Good game to promote long term development, growth and family oriented culture/fun. Next year will probably be more entertaining for most people. Sports support good culture and healthy social skills
