Cool. I'm doing a replay also, and I'm avoiding Concord and the Minutemen like the plague. I have zero interest in needy settlements this time around. Hilarious, I'm at level 7 too, I just put my second point into "lockpicking".

I'm going with Minute Men this time around. Then I'll go Brotherhood of Steel next time

@@DM_Bluddworth I've played through the all except the Institute (it just felt dirty about half way through thier storyline). I'm playing with the Brotherhood again this time. I thought about trying to play through without taking any of the linear storyline factions, but there's not really a option for that as you are locked into the characters backstory.

I usually make my room in the one you chose or the one across the hallway from it. Sadly there are holes in the ceiling in both room.
