the head canon is head canon-ing: i can see johnny zest living in the smaller trailer and has a huge crush on a single mom who recently moved into the bigger trailer with her kiddo

I love the way you incorporated a small grass space for play with a shade tree while still embracing the desert exoscaping - it feels very real!

I’m so excited about these new rental lot types. I’ve been building small cabins and houses on bigger lots I usually avoid. This is a beautiful build. 😊

I LOVE this build. Especially the first one! It would be cool to do a bigger build that is a family home renovated to have multiple units. I used to live in a house like that, the old original floors and features were awesome.

I’d love to see you make a build with two or three small homes or trailers where they’re all fairly bright coloured (maybe kidcore?) and the shared area outside is really focused on children’s play? I think that’d make a cute little community for family with young ones :)

My pet peeve in the Sims is the curtains cutting into furniture but that's literally the only thing i didn't absolutely love in this build. The orange house is my favourite, i love colourful interiors

Have you ever make a lot like an “earth ship”? They’re self contained homes designed to be self sustainable and are made of cob and recycled materials. After eco lifestyle there are many options for off the grid ideas :D

Hear me out: a three part for rent series of builds. 1) The slums - Nasty, Crowded, Infested, Rundown - The tenants are trying their best to make it home, but they live below the poverty line. 2) The Slums (Post successful revolt) - Still not fancy but no longer a health hazard and appliances now work - Tennant's still don't make a lot of money, but due to rent being slightly more affordable they can afford to get more of/improve existing decor 3) Gentrification - Landlord wins in the end - Tennants are evicted for new luxury housing - Build is half refurbished slum, quarter just building mess, and quarter new lux apartments - Tenants might sabotage the new build 👀 some hints that point to their revenge can be hidden all around

Speaking of dated styles, I've been building the Brady Bunch house. I never realize how yellow everything was until I started building it. Sooooo much yellow. (And the struggle to put the actual floorplan into something that looks like the exterior that was shown in the show is a massive challenge I was not prepared for.)

Since you're enjoying the idea of creating more dated builds, what if you did something like your states or zodiac series, but with decades/time periods? You could research what sort of build conventions, decorations, landscaping, etc. would be accurate to a particular build year!

It's so cute, but I had to watch the vid without sound. I pretended a young mom with her son in the bigger house and the brother or the parents of that woman in the other house. I'd like to live that close to my brother but not to mom, I need privacy 😂

I do feel that the begging of 2023 March was not my best I had to put my dog down he was in multi organ failure caused by a ruptured brain aneurysm so I made the hardest choice of my life and I let him go to doggy heaven
