No one would ever forget Brendan Fraser's role. It is by far, the saddest storyline of the whole series. The whole "Where do you think we are?" line, it just breaks my heart every time. The look on Dr. Cox's face, just says it all.

A list like this proves the strength of the show. They made their guest stars incredibly impactful, using them to make some of the strongest episodes on television. There were even great ones who didn’t make the list, like Dave Foley as the peppy grief counselor.

Brendan Frazier was the funniest guest star making scrubs the funniest show, when he was on. And the twist, hell they got me…poor Dr cox, made me shed a tear.

"Where do you think we are" .. i have watched this show so many times and i've seen this episode so many times but that line and scene get me EVERY TIME... So beautifully acted by Brendan, John and Zach.

5:55 it actually wasn't one of his first roles after being diagnosed. He had been diagnosed years before when he was still doing movies and Spin City. It was one of his first roles after he more extensively exhibited. It's why they needed to write the OCD in to cover for his physical idiosyncrasies.

Brendan Fraser should be number one. Not only was it more than just another throwaway cameo, it showed Scrubs also wasn't just a one-trick pony of a sitcom. I've not seen many shows where it makes you want to laugh and cry in equal measures. Such a rollercoaster of emotions. I also can't believe it's been 12 years since it ended!

My favorite show of all time, the guest characters that will always stick with me forever are Brendan Fraser, John Ritter and Michael J Fox. It's mainly because of how those episodes made you cry, laugh and they gave top tier performances.❤🙏

At 4:00, that scene was one of the most emotional scenes ever put in a sitcom, right up there with the final episode of M*A*S*H when Hawkeye realizes his memory of a chicken being killed is actually a repressed memory of a baby being killed. Scrubs biggest gut-punch for me was the final episode as JD walks out of the hospital, sees all the characters he knew, and then has a last fantasy as they play “The Book of Love” by Peter Gabriel.

The episode with Brendan Fraiser is unforgettable. That image where JD was behind Dr Cox after he came to the realization of where he was, was later compared to an image of TinTin behind Captain. I never forgot it.

During Katrina Scrubs and Seinfeld helped me and my family out so much , it was the only way we can take our minds off the tragedies we were going through ❤ still love this show! It’s hilarious and the actors did great

Michael Learned who played the mom in The Waltons had a story arch. Cheryl Hines played Cox's sister, Tom Cavanaugh as JD's brother, D.L. Hughley as Turk's brother, Markie Post as Eliot's mom. Heather Graham should have been in the top 10, not honorable mention. And four actors, including William Daniels, in a nod to St. Elsewhere.

This show will always hold a special place in my heart, It was funny, heartfelt, serious and sad. The acting was phenomenal and it introduced me to so many actors who I wasn't familiar with that time. The wonderful talents of Tom Cavanaugh who would all become familiar with this Harrison Wells/Eobard Thawne (The Flash) Brendan Fraser's heartbreaking portrayal of Ben. Ryan Reynolds as Spence its front door is a whos who of acting. This show deserves a 1 and done miniseries just to catch up with the guys.. are they still teaching? Are Elliott and J.D. still married? Literally the perfect Dramady lol. Love this show..

You blew it this time. Not sure the criteria you judged by, but the best guest stars were #1. John Ritter and a close #2, Brendan Fraser, then Michael J Fox & Dick Van Dyke, then the rest. Too bad Ritter died, he was the perfect Dad for JD... I pood a little. HA!

I love Ryan Reynolds, but his Scrubs guest staring is nowhere near the top. Brendan Fraser is a clear winner here. And Amy Smart gets the hottest girl award. Not just of the guest stars, but of the entire show.
