Proxying is fine and all, but having an actual Dandan deck is pretty cool

Ya a year an a half ago when it first spiked the whole deck was still only 50-60 bucks but paying the prices now is nuts. Just proxy it and slowly slot in real cards later if you prefer

I mean if the pieces are cheap, and I'm sure they will be again soon, I don't really see why not buy them. Proxying is great for expensive cards but at a certain point, the effort you're putting in is worth more of your time than just buying the real cards.

My only physical deck is a dandan deck I made by writing the cards and cutting them out on paper and putting it over basic lands in sleeves. I like it

I bought a proxy dandan deck off of Etsy, just treated it like buying an in the box card game, plus the art is awesome.

Yeah people way overestimate how good Sheoldred is. People thinking banning her will do anything, she has so many better cards already in the format and this one was no different.

Dude, sheoldred shuts down almost all aggro decks, and is a great blocker. Investigator is an overcosted discard spell with a so so body.

@@yavivanov6650 I mean obviously it depends on the matchup. The fact is Sheoldred is only a 90$ card vs aggro lmao. Against other midrange decks or control Sheoldred is a 10$ card and you'd rather have Investigator. Especially since it's not legendary so you can just double up and bury the opponent in card advantage. A big reason why Sheoldred was so good in the first place is because the removal was lackluster. Now that the removal is better, we see many lists not playing Sheoldred anymore. Even red decks can now remove Sheoldred for 1 or 2 mana.

Big score cards are super volatile so it's usually worth not waiting on them if cheap -.-

Players draw from a shared deck that has a bunch of blue spells (so lots of counterspells, card draw, top deck manipulation, etc.) plus Dandans. Basically the goal is to try and draw and play the Dandan to attack with while both players have a buttload of interaction and draw spells to try and stop each other.

The Waste not deck really wants to close out games before their opponents can get an answer from the top of their deck. This is a body and can help you dig towards a Sheoldred, Lilli or graveyard tresspasser or another one of itself while closing out the game when both players are out of resources. It also makes you a little less reliant on waste not for discard value which is another weakness of the deck.

@@silverdeathgamer2907 Do Waste Not decks play any Clue/Investigate synergies normally, or do you just crack the clue for card draw?

@@ullrich You crack it for the card draw mostly but there is some synergy with fatal push and Sheoldred..
