@@Mtripathi347 I´m soon to be a graduate/fresher and will be applying for a salesforce junior dev role. The role shall ensure l get necessary training for 2 - 3 months in salesforce. Do you think I shall do a coding interview for this role? Is it a prerequisite?

I am mechanical engineer 2012 batch I have worked for 3 years and then I tried for gov job but I didn't get that job and I have career gap for 6 years and if I study Salesforce i will get job? Or how to start and how to go further whether carrier gap wil be a big barrier... please reply....

All depends on how u study and how much patience u have.. process takes time but it is very much possible.. .dont think that because of mechenical background u will not be able to achieve this.

Client round normally is very specific about their requirements, so lets say if they are working on sales cloud, they will only focus on that,, and even if they need you for integration, then most of their questions will be on that only. before going for this round, make sure you understand what are they expecting from you and prepare according to that.
