I myself was deep into addiction during the Amy Winehouse times. After getting sober I've done a lot of research about her. I've almost died from my alcoholism a few times. Such a tragic loss. What talent!

Well, I’m a 76 year old and discovered her last month. What an amazing talent! I love to watch and listen to her. As a teenager I had most of Tony Bennett’ albums . My favorite one “I left my heart in San Francisco “. He was one of her idols and later right before she sang with him! Yes, I love watching her but just can’t when she breaks my heart. 😢

I'm a 55yr old MetalHead, have been for most of my life, but even I could see what an amazing talented girl Amy was and is, I bought all her music while she was alive, and I remain buying stuff still today, I miss Amy so much, like she was my own daughter, she had a unique style of singing, that will remain her's forever more, i so wanted the news that Amy had died, to be wrong, and she was alive, i cried most of that day, Amy you are such an emotional talented warming female artist, may you be a peace now. He's like mom go sit down, I want you to hear someone sing. I was like oh my goodness what could it be that had him so excited!! I'm like listening ......I thought it was that dark metal, nope Amy Winehouse!!! I've listen to her ever since. She had this ability to reach beyond her diminutive physical form into another dimension -- as though she's reached deep into the collective soul of humanity, pulling emotion right from the source across time, space, and dimension -- then pours it into the moment through that voice... words would only get in the way. She also came alive as Mos Def got to the stage; his respect, love, and confidence in her as an artists and a person shone so brightly that even Amy felt it for herself. Even though it didn't last, it's a beautiful gift to watch and hear her receive nonetheless.

Authentic, intoxicated or high always had impeccable vocals and timing. Most times live performances were better than studio version. Genuine God given talent that is only seen every 75 to 100 years. RIP Amy

I’m sure she had a difficult time having to sing the same song over and over when it caused her so much heartbreak. But she said song witting and preforming made her happy and she could do it for the rest of her life.

It's 2022 and I just now discovered her music. How did I miss this multi talented beautiful young singer! Sad that she passed so young and in her prime. I can relate to her in the struggle with substance addictions. I quit drinking alcohol 34 years ago. Heart breaking that her addiction took her life. I can listen to her music everyday now that I found these recordings of her. RIP AMY! The world will never be the same without you.

I used feel her pain when I heard her songs, but now I cry knowing that her pain was deeper than just heartbreak. Hopefully her story inspires and motivates people. Stay strong and use your creativity as a positive way to move forward in life, and don’t let love run you. 💗

One of my biggest regrets is not listening to her music when she was alive. I was only ten when her album ‘Back to Black’ came out, so I don’t beat myself up for it too much. It wasn’t until I had my first true heartbreak that I found out about her amazing songs and voice and completely fell in love with her. Truly a legend.

I was at my gf'S cottage at the time, this performance was played on TV. It was the performance that got be into Amy Winehouse. I knew only rehab before that but this performance opened my eyes. I'll never forget it. RIP Amy

This world wasn't safe for her. She cried out for help, for love and acceptance. Her voice was heard and she rocketed to superstardom so fast and in an instant she was gone!!! She never got to relax and truly enjoy her life and grow old still singing and receiving all the awards she would have received. Love you always sweet angel voice Amy!!!
