Hi Julie!Been busy so missed out on some of ur recent uploads but i am catching up.I am very appreciative of you for talking about ur stress,meditation,staying in present etc.Its so good that you talk everything about being a mua(professional part,business part,physical and emotional stress,financial part). On a lighter note,that 11 pm message for 4 am hair and makeup made me laugh out really loud. The level of unrealistic expectation was so funny. I totally agree on how you handled that funny client.If they cant respect your time, then it was right for you to not respect theirs either.

Thanks for the transparency. I started therapy about 6 months ago. I didn’t even realize I was having panic attacks before doing weddings! I would get sick because I couldn’t eat due to terrible nausea 😩Needed to come across your channel!! I can’t believe you take 8 ppl alone! I WISH! I want to work on getting faster. The most I can do in a crunch is 4 maybe 5 😩 any tips MUA’s??

HI mental health and your well being is such an important thing to watch out for in our careers! I didn't take 8 alone for this one just to clarify haha I had an assistant do half. I used to to do that many, but it started affecting my mental and physical health. Now I don't take over 6 alone. To me, I don't want o compromise quality for quantity just for the money. Hi thank you so much!! I don’t normally use liquid eyeshadow just because it tends to “settle” into creases. If I did though, I would just use a normal eyeshadow primer.

Great video always and I'm loving your hair, looks fantastic! I was wondering if you experience any physical symptoms with anxiety like sweating or shaking, if so how you deal with it?

Thanks Beverly!! I really haven’t done anything with my hair (not even a cut haha). It’s just been growing out to my natural color. I usually experience rapid heart racing and shakes sometimes. This is going to sound cheesy but honestly meditation and deep breathing helps me. I even do this in the car by listening to soothing spa music or something (obviously with my eyes open lol).

Thank you so much!! I use the L’Oréal Warerproof Lash Pardise mascara but I put lashes on everyone so that’s probably what you’re seeing :)

Could u increase your application time by 10 minutes? Maybe some extra cushion time would help. You dont have to keep it that way forever but just until your anxiety gets better.
