Halima knows nothing about economy....I think opening up the importation of cement into the sector will surely bring down the price.... the monopoly is tilting to the local producers... lifting the ban on importation of cement will surely have a positive impact in reducing the prices drastically... exportation and smuggling must be banned for now until the stability is achieved.
