The Sikorsky Sea King is an American twin-engined anti-submarine warfare (ASW) helicopter designed and built by Sikorsky Aircraft. A landmark design, it was the world's first amphibious helicopter and one of the first ASW rotorcraft to use turboshaft engines.

Still in use in Norway for rescue, Norway ordered the NH90 to replace the skvadrons, some 10-15 years ago, but the NH 90 is still not delivered, i think 5 are delivered, and only 2 can be used for rescue, the others need to fix issues delivered with it, and the seaking is old and was to be replaced a long time ago, but it just keep on going, one of the best helicopters ever made.

I was winched out the waters of the Mallaca Straits at the age of 23 in 1965 by an RAF Westland Whirlwind helicopter of 110 squadron

Great video and a 👍's up for posting, I miss the old Sea King. The only criticism I have is the title, all the Sea Kings shown where Westland Build and yes they were a licence-built version of the American Sikorsky SH-3 but Westland Sea Kings differs considerably from the American version, and yes I know you did get the caption of each aircraft correct on the video so why the title Sikorsky.
