सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए बेनामी लेनदेन ;निषेध संशोधन अधिनियम 2016 के संशोधन को रद्द कर दिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मुताबिक कानून को पूर्वव्यापी लागू नहीं किया जा सकता साल 2016 के अधिनियम का केवल संभावित प्रभाव होगा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बेनामी लेनदेन ;निषेध संशोधन अधिनियम 2016 के संशोधन को क्यों रद्द किया। इसका क्या प्रभाव होगा। इसको आज समझने की कोशिश करेंगे।
