Thanks - I got everything from Home Depot, they sometimes give you discounts depending on how many plates you buy.

Helpful video. How many plates did you install and how many concrete bits did you go through?

The number of plates varies a lot based on the length of the perimeter of the house - but for this one it ended up being about 45 plates. I used a bosch 1/2 bit and it lasted the entire job.
