Mugwort Castella Recipe
▶ ingredient
4 egg whites
6 egg yolks
60g sugar
30g vanilla syrup
90g bread flour
15g mugwort powder
20g milk
20g cooking oil
1) Put vanilla syrup in the yolk and whip at high speed.
2) Whip the white in another bowl.
3) When bubbles come up, divide sugar into 3 times and whip.
4) When the horn is slightly bent, pour in the yolk and mix it.
5) Sieve mugwort powder and bread flour ingredients and mix them with a spatula.
6) Put milk and cooking oil in a bowl and mix the dough a little bit.
7) Pour it back into the original batter and mix it.
8) Pour it into the prepared mold and stir it with a thin stick to clean up the air bubbles.
9) Bake in a preheated 160℃(320℉) oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
10) Turn it over, cool it completely, and cut it.
