Dr. Anuradha Harkare is a Post Graduate in Counselling Psychology from Pune University. She also holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry. She has been teaching since 1989 and runs ‘Mind Catalyst Study and Counselling Centre’ at Pune.

Apart from academic works, she has co-authored a Marathi book - 'फुलाला सुगंध मातीचा' with the interviews of successful personalities such as Dr. Anil Kakodkar, Adv Ujjwal Nikam, Mrunal Kulkarni, Sachin Tendulkar, and Shreya Ghoshal.
She wrote a column named 'मोठ्यांचं बालपण' in Marathi weekly “Zee Marathi- Disha”.

अलीकडे मुलींना खूप लाडावून ठेवलेलं असतं त्यांना थोडीही घरकामाची सवय लावली जात नाही त्यामुळे सासरी थोडेसे काम लागले तरी त्याचा खूप भाऊ केला जातो

Some times the living styles are different. Even though you discuss , adjustment is not possible ,then who is supposed to surrender? Seniors or juniors?
