Someone took good care of that one too. For a short while in the first half of the 70s, over use of the arch theme was very popular. Thanks for the tour Brandon! 😃👍👍👍 PS, I was hoping you'd show us what was left of Lisa's wedding cake. 😢

Those arches very uro,house dose not look old it seems like they build some old features ,obviously we all don't know why it was abornment,mabey they could not afford to keep it😢

Beautiful well cared for house and sad that it's being torn down. I hate it when they tear down good homes just to build bigger ones! Are there enough kitchens in this house? I love that it still has some of the original 70's features. Always enjoy your videos.

sorry i missed the premier, from the chat looks like fun was had. got invited out for stake dinner so had to go lol. nice looking place, many families could have lived here almost looked like 4 apartments in total. crazy how all the places are being demoed just to put in newer bigger more expensive places.

I don't understand why the house is going to be demolished. Looks like it could be easily rehabbed. It seems to be in very good condition.

As wide as the house is, it would fit three of the townhouses that they've already started to put down the road. If this house was smaller in width, I'm sure it could stay. But it's just too wide that it's taking up. What could be three or four houses. Thank you for the message and your support. 😁
