Did you know that...?
🥛...Prior to this fishing session, I had fished the Marsh Creek Reservoir only two times in my entire life!!! One time on September 5th, 2017 -- when I caught one Largemouth Bass (Micropterus salmoides) on a spinner blade lure; and one time on April 17th, 2019 -- when I caught some Bluegill (Lepomis macrochirus) and Black Crappie (Pomoxis nigromaculatus) while panfishing.
🥛...As mentioned in the video above, I was diagnosed with Hyperuricemia back in April of 2020. After then, I decided to start a dieting plus exercising routine to lose weight. Since then, I have lost 30lbs (I started at 205lbs). I started a serious exercise routine on March 1st of this year -- 10,000 daily steps (with 40 minutes of moderate daily exercise), and I have been on a 156 days streak by speed walking 5-6 miles daily. Also, around June of this year, I finally started a serious diet routine where I consume a maximum of 2000 daily calories, all while balancing the nutrients that I need.
